The Snug Candleholders, handcrafted by highly skilled stonemasons, are made from natural stone leftovers, some up to 500 million years old, handpicked from a quarry in a small mountain village in the province of Barcelona. The stones tell their story through banded layers, others through fossils. And it is in their diversity that Snug Candleholder finds its beauty.
The material traps the two candles, resulting in a brutalist yet delicate candle holder. Snug is a story about craftsmanship, sustainability, and transparency. The story behind the design is just as important as the finished product and must be equally beautiful.
Each stone used in production is unique due to which variations in colour and texture may occur. The design of the candle holders fits dip-free candles of Ø22 mm. Avoid contact with the wind to prevent possible wax stains. Take the candles out when it gets close to the stone.
