The Pedestal is a sculptural object born from a search to make the familiar image of a simple wooden beam or pedestal disappear through the smallest possible intervention.
Two carefully positioned cuts transform the solid volume.
The object can be rotated in any direction and displayed both vertically and horizontally, revealing a different character from every angle.
