Overview
Through a disciplined use of curve and color, Fabien Colomines creates furniture that is both graphic and grounded, where craftsmanship shapes a quiet, enduring presence.
Fabien Colominnes is a craftsman and designer who conceives and produces each of his pieces in limited quantities. Working primarily with wood, whether limited, raw or lacquered, he develops collections that explore shifting uses and temporalities, balancing function with a strong sculptural sensibility. Defined by the simplicity and repetition of curves, his work builds harmonious volumes that serve as a framework for expressive color. The result is a body of furniture with a bold, graphic identity where clarity of form meets material depth. After retraining in carpentry with the Compagnons du Devoir, Colomines spent six years working independently before founding Senimo, a studio dedicated to contemporary furniture. His practice remains rooted in a thoughtful and committed approach, with craftsmanship at its core.
