Fluid Fossil uses contrasting textures to transform wavy hand-drawn lines into a vibrant shell-inspired pattern on the rug’s surface, with varying thicknesses creating movement and shape. The rug is knotted in hand-carded wool using thousands of individually tied knots, before carefully cutting bouclé pile by hand to create the changing structural quality and organic, natural expression that can be enjoyed for years to come.
