FRAGMENT Ochre I stands as an architectural object whose angular silhouette reads as much like fractured geology as a functional container. Its surface is a deliberate collision of textures and tones — a stark, high-contrast granite speckle that cuts directly into a rich, raw ochre and deep volcanic black. Each planar facet catches light differently, shifting the character of the piece as the sun moves through the room.

FRAGMENT Ochre I is the most architectural shape in the collection. Where standard vessels lean into symmetry and smooth curves, this one forces sharp geometry, raw edges, and a heavy, graphic presence. Each piece is meticulously built by hand from a unique, sustainable composite of recycled paper pulp, natural cement, mineral pigments, and binders. Once fully dried and finished, the material behaves more like aged wood than cold stone — robust, surprisingly lightweight, slightly elastic, and highly resistant to splitting.

This design doesn't smooth away natural variation — it leans into it. The hyper-textured finish, unpredictable surface shifts, and minor organic imperfections are exactly the point. It is imperfection elevated into raw, collectable beauty.
