Overview
Roman Sedina hails from the artistic background of the South Bohemian town of Bechyne, which is well-known as the ceramic centre of the postwar period. His work covers a broad spectrum of technologies, colours, and textures.
With his unconventional approach and small original collection, he pushes the boundaries of ready-made products into the worlds of Fine Arts and Concept design.
Quality craftsmanship is at the heart of the creation of his collections. During his university studies, Sedina founded brand Limited and shortly after, his first collection soon became part of the Museum of Decorative Arts in Prague. The author has been nominated several times for his innovative approach as Designer of the Year within Czech Grand Design 2013, 2016 and 2017– Annual Awards The Academy of Design of the Czech Republic.
