Overview
RF Studio is a Peruvian experimental art and architecture firm exploring the interplay between contemporary habitats and natural ecosystems, blending biodiversity with cultural practices.
The studio creates custom handcrafted pieces and site-specific projects in harmony with local landscapes and materials. Work has been showcased at the Sydney Biennale, Malba Museum, Zona Maco, Untitled Art Fair, and Nunu Fine Arts Gallery in Taipei and New York. PHILIA is the U.S. representative. Notable projects include the Central, Mil, and Kjolle restaurants with chefs Pia Leon and Virgilio Martínez; an ecological boutique hotel for Yayasan Bali Purnati Art Foundation in Indonesia; and the award-winning House of Azpitia in Peru.
