Donatas Žukauskas is a Lithuania-based designer and maker creating sculptural furniture and interior objects inspired by imperfection and organic forms. He embraces cracks, textures, and unpredictable details as essential elements of each piece’s character.
With 20 years of experience in interior design and 15 years of developing his own concrete-like material, made primarily from recycled paper and strong like wood while remaining slightly elastic, Donatas creates side tables, coffee tables, lamps, vases, and sculptural objects that bring together design and craftsmanship.
Every piece is handmade and one of a kind, with natural variations that give it a unique character and ensure that no two pieces are exactly alike.
His work has been featured in Designboom, Contemporist, STIR World, Yanko Design, Home Adore, and Retail Design Blog, and his pieces are now part of collections internationally.
